NEW OFFICE LOCATION AND PAYMENT NOTICE!
Starting June 1, 2024, Bruce Punches & Associates will change office locations. The new location is 9980 Coldwater Creek NE, Rockford, Michigan. Bruce's practice will be located in his residence. His office is at the front entrance. This provides free parking and lots of privacy for clients. Please ask Bruce about a new, unique offering: nature-based therapy! Clients are encouraged to utilize the nearby parks and walking/biking trails for meditation and reflection before and after sessions, too.
Payment: An out-of-pocket, nonrefundable payment of $140.00 is required 24 hours before your first session using the payments tab on Bruce's website to secure your session. After your first session, your sliding scale payment of $140.00 to $160.00 is expected 24 hours before your session using the same method. Please base your payment on your budget, your commitment to therapy, and how much you feel you are benefitting from Bruce's services. Those who pay more help those who are unable to pay as much.
If you wish to utilize insurance, our billing office can help you determine your coverage after your initial session. Please email Bruce the following: your name as it appears on your insurance card, your member I.D., group number, and the 1-800 number on the back of your card for mental health treatment or providers. Also, include your date of birth and address.

Directions: Please go to the 4th Floor of the Calder Plaza Building, 250 Monroe Ave. NW, downtown Grand Rapids, 49503. This is the reddish brick building with a lot of glass right across from the Devos Performance Hall entrance on Monroe Ave (just south of Michigan Street and just North of Pearl Street). You’ll see Bank of America and Roam restaurant at the front entrance of our building.
Parking: Best parking is the city/county-parking garage (look for green sign off of Monroe Ave. right across from the Devos Convention Center) @ $2.65 an hour. If not, we'll have to reschedule our session.
Special Note: The lobby doors on the 4th floor may be locked after 5:00 p.m. If someone let’s you in, please have a seat in the lobby. If not, please remain in the hallway and have a seat there. Bruce will be with you as soon as he's finished with the session prior to your session. If you’d like his office to bill your insurance, please bring two copies of both sides of your insurance card and drivers license.
Forms: Click on the Useful Forms and Privacy/Confidentiality tabs on this page to complete and download the necessary paperwork. Print the forms and bring to your first session. If you are not able to do this, it's not a problem. You'll receive these forms at the end of the first session to take with you and fill out prior to your second session.
